Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information QikLists 2.0 collects from visitors to qiklists2.com and from users of the QikLists 2.0 application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: We collect what we need to run your account and deliver the service. We don't sell your information. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
QikLists 2.0 is operated by FKV LLC ("we," "us," "our"). The application is at next.qiklistsyourway.com. For privacy questions or to exercise any right described below, contact quincy@qiklists.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details — your name and email address when you create an account, request a guide, or contact us.
- Account credentials — your password, stored only in scrambled form that we cannot reverse.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe. We store only Stripe's reference to your customer record and never see your full card number.
- Your settings and activity in the product — the filters you save, the leads you mark or annotate, and your purchase history.
- Connections you authorise — where you choose to connect a third-party service so a feature can work on your behalf, we store what that service provides us in order to deliver the feature. You may disconnect at any time.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device information — standard information your browser sends, such as address, browser type, and pages viewed.
- Sign-in activity, used to secure your account.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the service.
- To operate the features you have enabled, including any service you have connected.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send service messages such as confirmations, receipts and account notices.
- To send product news where you have opted in. Every such message has an unsubscribe link.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf — payment processing, email delivery, and hosting — and who may not use it for their own purposes.
- Services you have connected, in order to deliver the feature you enabled.
- Legal authorities, where required by law.
Information relating to your account is used to provide the service to you. It is not shown to other users and is not combined with other users' information to create anything we sell or provide to third parties.
5. Your choices
- Access and correction — most account information can be edited in the product; for anything else, contact us.
- Deletion — you may ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we are required to keep.
- Disconnecting a connected service — available at any time, without closing your account.
- Marketing — unsubscribe using the link in any such email.

6. Security
Information is encrypted in transit. Passwords and any credentials you entrust to us are stored encrypted. Access to production systems is restricted to personnel who require it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Children
QikLists 2.0 is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Do Not Track
We do not track users across third-party websites, so we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
9. Business transfers
If our business is sold or merged, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify account holders by email before their information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
10. International users
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information there. By using the service from outside the United States, you understand your information will be handled in the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
